Bedroom in Different countries

Bedrooms in different countries
Going to different countries, travelling, studying and working... I've been to Australia to study for about four months. I experience different cultures and living styles. Here has bigger and more spacious room. People usually put carpet on the bedroom floor while in Asia they don't. I'm working on a project and its aim is to collaborate with people around the world. I wonder how does bedroom look like in other countries so I did some research.

In Asia, due to the high population, we have smaller house and flat so the bedroom is respectively smaller too.

Here are some pictures

In Asia, many children sleeps in bunk bed with working area in the lower level. There are usually many selves or stuffs on the floor and there's only a way to get to your bed and your desk.

What is the bedroom look like in your country? I'm eager to find out more about different styles and cultures of bedrooms. If you have any photos, please upload it and I'm glad to hear your stories about the customs.

Busy week

I've been searching for cool interior design blogs this week. I looked at some successful blogs and learnt about how they designed their layout and what they put into content to make the blog so popular.

Her ideas are very inspiring and her sketches are so nice. I'm planning to do some sketches too and see if it has different effect from using Google Sketchup.

SECOND BEDROOM PRACTISE

During this Easter holiday, I did another practise on Google Sketchup. I created a bedroom with simple design and try to stylish it using different colours.
Please feel free to leave your comments on my design and any advices for me:)
